Choruscope is a daily music game. We keep as little as we can, and you're anonymous by default.
Who it's for
Choruscope is for ages 13 and up. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
What we log
When you play, we save each answer you send: the text you typed, which question it was for, the date, how long you took, and how it ranked. We also save your daily score. Each of these is tagged with a random player ID that your browser makes up the first time you play.
That ID isn't linked to your name, email, phone, contacts or any account. We don't ask for any of those.
Why
Only to run the game: to work out how rare each answer really is, to show how you did against other players, and to add good answers that weren't on the board yet.
What we don't do
No ads, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing your answers.
On your device
Your browser keeps your random player ID and your sound setting so they're there next time. You can clear them below.
Where it lives
Game data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio). Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.
Questions or deletion
Contact: [OWNER CONTACT TO ADD]. Because answers aren't linked to who you are, send us your player ID (shown below) if you want your answers deleted.
